Taking place at Moccasin Square Gardens on Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Nation territory in Kamloops, BC, this conference is a fantastic opportunity for upper year secondary students in BC's southern interior to learn about the wide variety of careers available in the minerals industry right in their own backyards! Students will get the chance to talk to industry experts at a range of interactive and informative booths from various local companies and organizations. MineralsEd will also be facilitating educational activities for students to explore the world of geoscience, mining, and mineral exploration. This event is ideal for students interested in pursuing post-secondary education in geoscience, engineering, or trades, as well as students interested in going directly into the workforce after graduation.
