Eighteen Grade 10 - 12 students from School District No.83 (North Okanagan-Shuswap) will have the opportunity to tour Teck's Highland Valley Copper Mine on May 19th. Pairing with TRU's Women in Trades program, this is an excellent opportunity to see Canada's largest open pit copper mine in operation and speak to the many professionals that help us get the metals we use every day!
