At MineralsEd, we believe in making a difference—not just in the mining industry, but in the lives of those who need it most. This year, our Executive Director, Jason Courneyea, is stepping up to the plate (or should we say, pie?) by participating in the annual Mining for Miracles Pie Throw event in support of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The Pie Throw is more than just a fun and messy competition; it’s a heartfelt initiative that brings together leaders from across the mining industry to raise funds for the creation of the Centre of Health Complexity (CFHC) at BC Children’s Hospital.

Jason is not only representing MineralsEd but also showing his commitment to this incredible cause. The challenge is simple: raise the most funds, and earn the right to throw a cream pie in the face of their competitor. We invite you to join us in supporting this initiative. Every donation counts and brings us closer to the goal of improving healthcare for children in BC. Let’s rally together and show our support for Jason—and maybe even help him land that perfect pie throw before Friday, May 30th!

Visit the fundraising page to learn more and contribute to this wonderful cause. Together, we can make a difference, one pie at a time.
