Eric Rustand

Eric Rustand teaches Biology 11 and 12, IB Biology, and Video and Media 11 and 12 at Norkam Sr. Secondary in Kamloops. He was a student teacher of partner-teacher Don McCrae and took on the revision of MineralsEd’s Science of Mining unit to fit new curriculum. Eric was also instrumental in guiding the development of MineralsEd's BCIT Mining Technology Diploma Program video, developed Investigating Careers in the Minerals Industry web-based student activity, and has worked with his own students to develop a library of mining career video profiles hosted MineralsEd’s You Tube channel. Eric facilitates and co-leads MineralsEd Pro-D field trips for teachers in the Kamloops area, and has represented MineralsEd on resource education panels.
